This Privacy Policy describes how Firefly Tech Labs ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the Quick Ledger mobile application (the "App").
By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Who we are

2. Information on your device
The App stores data locally using SQLite and device storage, including:
- Items, prices, stock, sales, payment method (cash or credit/utang)
- Customer names and credit/charge history
- Store name and app preferences
- On-device backup files (removed if you uninstall the App)
We do not require an account or login to Firefly-operated servers for core ledger features.
3. When information leaves your device
You choose to share or export. If you share a summary, backup, or export via your phone’s share sheet or save to another app, that action is initiated by you. The destination service’s privacy practices apply.
Purchases and subscriptions. Google Play Billing and RevenueCat process transactions and entitlements. We do not use those services to upload your ledger database to Firefly.
Device and network. Your OS, Google Play, or network provider may process data for updates and connectivity outside our control.
4. Third-party processors

- RevenueCat — subscription status and entitlements. See RevenueCat’s Privacy Policy.
5. Analytics, advertising, and tracking
We do not integrate third-party analytics or advertising SDKs for behavioral tracking. We do not operate crash reporting that sends reports to us unless we add such a tool in a future version and update this policy before release.
6. Location
The App does not collect GPS or precise location. Regional defaults (currency, market hints) may come from your device locale settings, not continuous tracking.
7. Retention and deletion
- On-device data remains until you delete the App, clear app data in Android settings, or remove entries in the App.
- Uninstalling the App deletes on-device backups. Export backups elsewhere if you need to keep them.
- Purchase records may be retained by Google and RevenueCat per their policies.
- We do not operate a cloud copy of your ledger.
8. Security
We design the App to keep data local and use standard platform storage. No method is 100% secure. Use a screen lock and be careful when sharing exports.
9. Children
The App is for adult business operators, not children. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
10. International users
Ledger data stays on your device. Purchase processing may involve providers in various countries, including the United States.
11. Your rights
For on-device data, you control it by using or deleting the App. For purchase data held by Google or RevenueCat, use their privacy settings and support.
12. Changes
We may update this policy and change the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be noted in the App where appropriate.
